  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Please visit our Terms and Conditions page for my detail.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Currently, we only ship to states within the USA and do not offer international shipping. If you reside outside of the USA and are interested in purchasing our products, please get in touch with our customer service team to discuss a possible arrangement. Please note that shipping fees and delivery times may vary based on your location.
  • How can I track my order?
    After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. This number can be used to track your shipment status on the carrier's website. To keep track of all your orders, we recommend signing up to become a member.
  • Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
    While we understand that changes or cancellations may be necessary after placing an order, we cannot guarantee them once the order is placed. A 24-hour grace period is available for you to cancel or make changes after making your purchase. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to see if any changes can be made.
  • Do you offer gift wrapping services?
    We do not currently offer gift wrapping services, but some of our products may come with gift wrapping options. These options are only available for specific products, and can be selected during the product selection process.
  • Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
    Sorry, only one discount code can be used per order.
  • How can I provide feedback on my shopping experience?
    We value your feedback and continuously aim to improve our customer experience. You can provide your feedback through email or our website's Contact page. Additionally, a survey link will be sent to you via email after your purchase to gather your valuable input.
  • What is your return policy?
    We offer a 14-day return policy for most items. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Please see our Return Policy page for more information.
  • What is the EMJ Rewards Program?
    The EMJ Rewards Program allows you to earn points with every purchase, (1) sign-up, and certain perks like birthday rewards. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
  • How do I sign up for the EMJ Rewards Program?
    You can sign up by creating an account on our website or by visiting our Rewards page. As soon as you sign up, you’ll receive 100 points, which is equal to $5.
  • How do I earn points?
    You can earn points in various ways: Purchasing a product: Earn 1 to 3 points for every $1 spent, depending on your rewards tier. Sign up: Instantly earn 100 points when you create an account. Birthday Reward: Receive special points as a gift during your birthday month. Order a plan: Earn 2 to 6 points for every $1 spent when you subscribe to one of our plans.
  • What are the different reward tiers?
    We offer three tiers: EMJ Rewards Basic: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. EMJ Rewards Plus: Requires 500 points and gives you 2 points per $1 spent. EMJ Rewards Elite: Requires 1,000 points and offers you 3 points for every $1 spent.
  • How do I redeem my points?
    Once you earn enough points to redeem a reward, you will see the available rewards in the My Rewards page of your account. You will also receive an automated email notifying you of the reward. To redeem it: Click Get Coupon on your My Rewards page. Copy the code provided and apply it during checkout. Redemption options include: 100 points = $5 off. 200 points = $10 off. 300 points = $15 off. 400 points = $25 off. You can also use 300 points for free shipping on orders over $10. (Available for Plus and Elite Reward Members only)
  • What can I use my points for?
    Points can be redeemed for discounts on products and shipping. Each reward tier provides increasing point-earning and redemption benefits.
  • Do points expire?
    Yes, points expire after 12 months from the date they are earned. Be sure to redeem your points before they expire!
  • Can I combine points with other discounts?
    Yes, you can use your rewards points in conjunction with other promotional discounts, unless specified otherwise during special promotions.
  • How do I check my points balance?
    Log into your account on our website, and your points balance will be displayed in your rewards dashboard.
  • How do I advance to the next reward tier?
    You advance to the next tier by earning points through purchases and other eligible actions. Each tier has specific points requirements: EMJ Rewards Basic: 0 points. EMJ Rewards Plus: 500 points. EMJ Rewards Elite: 1,000 points.
  • Can I return an item and still keep the points?
    If you return an item, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your points balance.
  • Is there a fee to join the rewards program?
    No, the EMJ Rewards Program is completely free to join.
  • Can I transfer my points to someone else?
    Points are non-transferable and must be used by the account holder.
