Return Policy.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS 

 

All returns and or exchange requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the purchase delivery date. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached unless otherwise noted by customer service. 

 

PROCESS 

 

To initiate a return, exchange, or cancellation of an item or order, please email Customer Service at customerservice@emjdesignco.com to begin the process. You should receive a response back within 24 hours. Once your return, exchange, or cancellation is processed in our system, you’ll receive a confirmation. For returns, you will obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and print out and attach the return label provided by Customer Service. For exchanges, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) number. 

 

Return shipping charges will be paid by us. 

 

REFUNDS 

 

After receiving your return or exchange and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange request. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

 

EXCEPTIONS 

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

 

  • Clearance 

  • Gift Cards 

  • Subscriptions 

  • Services 

  • Custom or Personalized Items 

  • Digital Items
